Job summary

Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a new graduate background for our Med/Surg Overflow unit. This full-time night-shift role offers three 12-hour shifts per week, weekend and holiday rotations, and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

You will care for a diverse patient population in a 9-bed unit, participate in evidence-based practice, and engage in professional development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.

• Maintains a culture of safety and adherence to protocols.
• Documents accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
