• Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required.
• One-year relevant experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team by establishing an authentic relationship with the patient and support system.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Deliver care in accordance with current policies and procedures, using evidence-based practice.
