Job summary

Mercy Health – St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality Med-Surg care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, assess patient status, administer medications, and contribute to care plans that improve outcomes for diverse patients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), at least one year of RN experience, and current RN licensure. BLS is preferred on hire; ACLS acceptable in lieu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
• Experience providing Med-Surg nursing care is required or strongly preferred.
• Current state RN licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, monitor patient condition
• Evaluate and revise plans of care to achieve expected outcomes
• Administer medications safely per Mercy Health policies
• Other duties as assigned
