Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 47-bed 7 Main Med-Surg unit. You will work in a fast-paced environment caring for orthopedic trauma, general surgery, and non-oncology gynecology patients, with a focus on care coordination, patient turnover, and teamwork.

The role involves night shifts and a full-time schedule, with Magnet designation and active councils aimed at improving outcomes and patient experiences.

Qualifications

• RN experience required.
• BSN preferred; ADN must enroll in BSN within 6 months.
• Licensed in Michigan.
• Current BLS certification.
• Specialty credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver evidenced based patient care.
• Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
• Provide care in a fast-paced Med-Surg setting with varied case mix.
