Job summary

OhioHealth in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care along the health-illness continuum in the Med Surg Ortho Unit 1. You will collaborate with the health care team and be accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, leadership in process improvement, and maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in nursing required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• RN licensure with Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient health status (initial and ongoing) and document plans.
• Identify outcomes and plan nursing interventions to meet patient needs with collaboration.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions; revise care plans with multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate leadership by participating in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Perform operations tasks; uphold safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
