Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg Observation Unit at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, FL. The RN provides direct patient care, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and ensures safe, high-quality outcomes for observation patients.

The position requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and a minimum of 6 months RN acute care experience. ADN is required and the unit operates days in a full-time schedule.
