Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg Post Surgical Unit at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, FL.

The RN provides direct patient care in a hospital setting, collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, delegates tasks to support staff, and identifies safety risks to ensure high-quality outcomes for observation patients. This is a full-time night shift.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 6 months RN acute care experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
