Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg Cardiac Unit at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City.

The RN will provide direct patient care in a hospital setting, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for observation patients. Active RN license and BLS are required; ADN preferred with 6 months acute care experience.

Qualifications

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, delegates appropriate care activities, and ensures safe, high-quality outcomes for observation patients.
