AdventHealth in Tavares, Florida is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our acute care team. You will assess patients, plan and implement individualized care, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate with multidisciplinary staff to optimize outcomes.

We require an RN license, an Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), strong communication and teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and active license is required.
• Associates degree in nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Ability to educate patients and families about health conditions.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and patient documentation.

Responsibilities
