Description:

You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

• 54 bed acute Medical and Surgical unit (3 wings with 18 beds each). 1:6 ratio on average. We have good support from care aides to assist in patient care. Wide variety of patient conditions and interventions to hone skills and grow professionally. Fast paced unit with admissions and discharges happening throughout the shift at times.
