Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Performs primary functions of a registered nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients on the unit. Functions as a team leader and assumes charge duties when assigned to this role. Responsible for promoting teamwork with co-workers, physicians, and personnel of other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
2. Current RN registration with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing required.
3. CPR certification required.
4. Ability to rotate on day, evening, and night tours of duty when necessary and to rotate among various nursing units as the need arises.
