Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record, monitor therapeutic responses.
• Provide attentive, responsive patient care and address requests promptly.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, meds, and follow-up; translate medical terms as needed.
