Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with care partners.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and team members is essential.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and discharge planning.
• Understanding of medication administration and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and clinical records.

Responsabilités

• Apply nursing process to address physical, emotional, and social patient needs.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Educate patients and designated care partners about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
