Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Michigan (RN license).
• BSN preferred within 5 years or equivalent.
• NCLEX licensure required for practice.
• BLS certification and NIHSS Stroke certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care following the nursing process.
• Collaborate with patient/family to plan, implement, and evaluate care and discharge.
• Document care and education accurately in the health record.
