Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience.
• MN RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop nursing outcomes.
• Collaborate with patient and family to create an integrated care plan.
• Develop individualized plans based on patient age and condition.
• Evaluate care and patient responses to interventions.
• Communicate effectively with care team across settings.
• Promote evidence-based practice to improve outcomes.
