Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Round Rock, TX, invites experienced Registered Nurses to join the Acute Care Med Surg - 3West team. This full-time night shift (7p-7a) features 28 beds, 3-5:1 ratios, and tele-monitored cardiac care.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and adjust care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Create and evaluate patient care plans; adjust as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on care and safety.
• Delegate tasks to team members and monitor progress.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with nursing standards.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate patient care.
