Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Med-Surg, LTC, and Per Diem positions in Olympia and Seattle, WA. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Candidates must hold an active WA RN license, be BSN/AS degree preferred, and maintain BLS certification; ACLS preferred for Med-Surg. Per diem shifts offer flexibility in schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State.
• Associate’s or BSN in Nursing.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred for Med-Surg.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience; new grads may be considered for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistants.
