Mercy in St. Louis is seeking an RN for the Med/Surg ICU night shift (WEO). You will apply Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to assigned patients.

Requirements include RN license in Missouri or compact, graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN), and completion of ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, and other unit certifications. Mercy offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure in the hiring state or a compact license.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma or BSN).
• ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM and related certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain professional accountability for care provided on Med Surg ICU during WEO nights.
