Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our Cardiac ICU team on a full-time night shift (Fri-Sun, 7:00pm-7:30am) with a $20/hr WEO differential. The role emphasizes applying the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care and uphold Mercy Service Standards.

You will coordinate care with other departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and work in a caring, collaborative team that supports professional growth and mission-driven service.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification (AHA) or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for care of assigned patients.
