Mercy in Washington is seeking a full-time Night Shift RN for our Med/Surg Unit. You will utilize the nursing process to provide exceptional patient care and coordinate with teams to ensure effective treatment. This role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs and additional incentives such as tuition reimbursement, medical benefits, and retirement plans. Qualifications

You'll care for a variety of patients including:

• GI & Oncology
• Post-Op Recovery
• COPD & Pneumonia
• UTI & Dehydration
• Complex Wound Care

RN-to-Patient Ratio: 1:6

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Must meet all state board of nursing requirements

Certifications Required

• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• BLS - Basic Life Support (or within 30 days of hire)
• Any unit-specific certifications (with timeline for completion)

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing/walking throughout shift
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, squat as needed
