Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking Night Shift RNs for the Med/Surg Unit to provide compassionate patient care using the nursing process and maintain patient rights.

This part-time role offers night hours (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), a 24-hour-per-week schedule, sign-on bonuses up to $20,000 for experienced RNs and $15,000 for new grads, plus incentives and benefits.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license (state-specific or compact).
• ACLS and BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire).
• Unit-specific certifications with timeline for completion.

Welcome to our 30-bed Med/Surg unit, where teamwork, accountability, and support are the foundation of our culture.

You’ll care for a variety of patients including:

• GI & Oncology
• Post-Op Recovery
• COPD & Pneumonia
• UTI & Dehydration
• Complex Wound Care

RN-to-Patient Ratio: 1:6

Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Must meet all state board of nursing requirements

Certifications Required:

• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• BLS – Basic Life Support (or within 30 days of hire)
• Any unit-specific certifications (with timeline for completion)

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing/walking throughout shift
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, squat as needed
