Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking an RN to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. The role collaborates with physicians and the health care team to ensure high-quality outcomes and compassionate service.

The position requires 0-2 years of acute care experience or student rotations, RN state licensure, and BCLS. ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred. Opportunities include ongoing professional development in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN licensure in applicable state(s) and Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• ACLS, PALS, NRP are preferred per facility guidelines

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with the team.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions.
• Provides patient and family education on conditions and post-discharge care.
