Job summary

Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking an RN to provide patient-centered care across the nursing process, coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team. You will assess patients, administer medications, and participate in procedures to ensure high-quality outcomes in a compassionate environment.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience, holds an RN license, and meets BLS requirements. ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred. This position is on-site in Texas.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• Current RN license in state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process and protocols.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency and skill level.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans with the care team.
• Maintains infection control protocols and ensures patient safety.
