Position Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. It involves assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift and unit level. The role also supervises staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The RN is accountable to support the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintain staff competency, and manage resources related to patient care.

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Required: Graduated from a state-approved or accredited nursing school
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing

Certification

• Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as mandated by law or regulation in the state of practice. CPR certification.
