Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility

Position Summary:

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level. The role is responsible for supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role supports the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintains the competency of clinical staff, and manages resources related to patient care.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

• Required: Graduated from a state-approved or accredited nursing school.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.

Certifications:

• Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law, regulation, or policy in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
