Job summary

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate records while upholding infection control, supporting safe, high-quality care on a 36-hour weekly night shift at 789 Central Avenue.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licenses and Credentials: Registered Nurse (RN) State License; BLS Certification.
• Experience 0-1 year hospital or managed care experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, communication, and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist in treatments and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions.
• Uphold infection control measures to ensure a safe clinical environment.
• Respond efficiently and effectively to emergent situations, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
