Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience 1+ years required.
• RN license with state licensure required; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Modify treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
