Job summary

AdventHealth StaffFlex nurses are valued team members who can work contract assignments across AdventHealth facilities. The role is PRN with night shifts, located at 501 REDMOND RD NW, ROME, GA 30165, offering flexibility to work across multiple hospitals in 9 states.

Salary is competitive at $66.50 per hour with opportunities to convert to permanent staff and take advantage of system-wide mobility. Eligible candidates have RN licensure, BLS, and TNCC preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required or in process.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in English and proficient with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in an acute hospital setting.
• Follow AdventHealth policies and patient care protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Schedule: 36 hours per week - Mid Shift

Pay: $66.50/hr

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care according to patient outcomes. [Required]
• Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs. [Required]
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills) [Required]

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
