Job summary

Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston, WI is hiring a Registered Nurse for MED/SURG/eICU. Join a rural community hospital focused on patient-centered care and professional growth. Full-time, three 12-hour night shifts, weekend rotation.

The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, assesses and plans patient care, documents and evaluates outcomes, and supports a teamwork-based environment with safety and quality at its core.

Qualifications

• Two-year nursing degree required.
• Active Wisconsin RN license within 90 days of relocation.
• BLS within 1 month of hire, ACLS within 2 years of hire.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Care independently with minimal supervision within policy.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes.
• Administer medications and IV therapy safely.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate with team.
