Milebluff Health Services is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Medical/Surgical Unit in Mauston, WI. You will provide direct patient care across neonate to geriatric populations under RN supervision, perform ADLs, monitor vitals, and support infection control practices.

This role is available for night shifts with full-time or part-time options, featuring weekend and holiday rotations in a collaborative team that prioritizes patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Wisconsin CNA certification required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, oral care, feeding, toileting, ambulation and repositioning.
• Administers ice packs, heat treatments and other procedures under RN direction.
• Performs intake/output, daily weights, vital signs and specimen collection.
• Promptly answers call lights and requests from patients.
• Maintain infection control practices and overall cleanliness.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and staff.
