Mercy seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med/Surg 7E unit at Mercy Hospital South in Missouri. The role involves delivering patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinating with departments, and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality throughout the shift.

The position is full-time (36 hours/week) with day shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM). Sign-on bonuses up to $20,000 for experienced nurses and up to $10,000 for new graduates are offered. A BSN is preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• BLS certification either current or within 30 days of hire.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Uses the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
