Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia or Compact license accepted per state guidelines.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care sensitive to age, gender, disease, and cultural diversity.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team; ensure timely documentation.
• Support performance improvement and participate in shared governance.
