Job summary

Mercy Hospital Ada is seeking an experienced RN for Med Surg 3N on a full-time day shift. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities include evaluating the effectiveness of care, demonstrating professional accountability, and adhering to Mercy standards while supporting a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Completion of hospital nursing competencies and required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) within required time frame.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
