Med Surg 5E provides care for a wide variety of adult medical patients.
This unit offers strong opportunities to develop and strengthen core clinical skills including patient assessment, time management, and complex care coordination. Nurses on 5E gain experience with medical patients who require frequent monitoring, thoughtful care planning, and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.
Previous hospital experience is preferred and may be required depending on the unit.
