Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg 5E at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. This full-time position (36 hours/week) runs days, 7:00am–7:00pm, at the Med Surg 5E unit providing adult medical care.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced RNs. Sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for experienced nurses and up to $5,000 for new graduates are offered. Mercy emphasizes compassionate patient care and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma or BSN are acceptable pathways to eligibility.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact license per state board requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain professional accountability.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.
