Job summary

Livingston HealthCare in Livingston, MT, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in the assigned department. Responsibilities include care planning, patient education, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

The role requires ACLS/PALS within one year and ongoing annual competencies. The schedule is 0.9 FTE (36 hours) with 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• ACLS and PALS certifications to be obtained/maintained within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and nursing needs.
• Identify goals through the care planning process.
• Implement nursing actions to meet care plan goals and address holistic needs.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate competencies for newborns through geriatrics.
• Respond to call lights promptly and document care accurately.
• Report changes to physicians and team; participate in discharge planning.
• Assist physicians with tests and procedures within scope.
• Participate in orientation of new personnel and emergency measures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and participate in Performance Improvement.
• Attend mandatory trainings; ensure annual competencies.
