Advocate Health's Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, WI seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med/Surg 2 Surgical. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care and applying evidence-based practices to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

You'll work nights 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 36 hours/week, with every 4th weekend and rotating holidays. Eligible for benefits with a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where practicing.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience.
