Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg (Contract)

Schedule

12-hour Night Shift (2nd Shift)

36 hours per week

Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Option to pick up additional shifts based on census

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide Med/Surg patient care including assessment, treatment, and monitoring

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety

Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff

Educate patients/families and assist with discharge planning

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

BSN: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications (Required):

Active RN license in the state of California

BLS (AHA/ARC/HS-BLS/RQI)

ACLS (AHA/ARC)

Floating: May float to ED for admission holds
