Health Advocates Network, Inc. in Delta, CO seeks a dedicated RN to provide direct care to adult medical-surgical patients, assess needs, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team. You will respond quickly to changes in condition and keep an accurate plan of care.
The role features 3 night shifts per week (6 PM–6 AM), potential on-call, and a 36-hour work week with competitive pay and full benefits. Colorado RN licensure, ACLS/BLS, and PALS within 6 months are required.
Local Pay : $58.42/hour
Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $22.66, Stipend (Lodging $1,001.00 + M&I $518.00) = $1,519.00,
Total Comp: $2,334.76
Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

POSSIBLE ON CALL
36 hours work week
Provides direct, individualized nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients, including assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and treatment.
Responds promptly to changes in patient condition and initiates and maintains the computerized Plan of Care based on patient needs.
Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote positive patient outcomes.
Provides compassionate, age-appropriate care while respecting patient confidentiality, cultural needs, dignity, and psychosocial well-being.
Demonstrates sound clinical judgment, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Floats to other departments as needed within scope of practice and competency; supports hospital policies, procedures, mission, values, and required education programs.
Must be currently licensed to practice as an RN in the State of Colorado.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Must have ACLS & BLS, PALS required upon hire or within 6 months
Additional certifications may be required
Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
