Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Full-time day shift. You will assess patients across multiple domains, design and revise care plans, and administer medications per orders and safety protocols.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and contribute to a healing environment consistent with our mission. Prior RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

Work Experience:

• 1+ acute care hospital setting [Preferred]
