Job summary

You will coordinate Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documentation, conduct concurrent MDS reviews, and integrate information from nursing, dietary, social services, restorative, rehabilitation, and physicians to optimize reimbursement and care quality.

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum one year of long-term care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents for reimbursement.
• Perform concurrent MDS reviews to maximize RUG categories.
• Coordinate data from nursing, dietary, social services, restorative, rehab, and physicians.
