CommuniCare Family of Companies is recruiting a RN MDS Nurse / RAC for Wood Glen Alzheimer's Community in Dayton, OH. This full-time day shift role focuses on accurate MDS assessments and RAI coordination, with oversight of Medicare/Medicaid case mix and compliance with regulations.
The RN must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold an active RN license in the state. Three years in long-term care and MDS/RAI experience are preferred.
