CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator / Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC) for Battlefield Park Healthcare Center at 250 Flank Road, Petersburg, VA 23805. The RAC will lead MDS assessments and coordinate the RAI process to support quality care and compliant reimbursement.
Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state of employment. Three years in long-term care and MDS/RAI experience are preferred.
