The MDS Nurse RAC reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and coordination of the RAI process. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies, to provide appropriate clinical services and reimbursement. Serves as a vital member of the management team to achieve quality outcomes.
