Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with strong MDS/RAI and PPS assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MDS/RAI assessment process for residents.
• Chair the interdisciplinary care planning team and coordinate reviews.
• Ensure timely and accurate MDS completion and submission.
• Validate documentation supporting PDPM coding and reimbursement.
• Monitor Medicare/Medicaid billing accuracy and compliance.
• Provide staff education on documentation best practices.
• Stay current with CMS and regulatory updates.
