Job summary

Qualifications
- Current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience with the RAI process.
- Knowledge of PDPM and State Case Mix Time weighted Reimbursement payment system.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the completion of the MDS by all disciplines.
- Maintains schedule of due dates for all MDSs.
- Formulates Resident Care Plan along with interdisciplinary care plan team.
