- Valid RN license in Iowa in good standing.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
- Desire to learn and grow with a quality-focused clinical team.
- Empathy, respect, patience and discretion in care.
Responsibilities
- Complete and coordinate accurate, timely MDS assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
- Ensure CMS/state/federal long-term care regulations compliance.
- Monitor and validate clinical documentation for reimbursement and quality.
- Analyze resident data to support clinical decisions.
- Lead care conferences and communicate with residents and families.
- Support audit readiness and maintain survey-ready documentation.
- On-call rotation with leadership team.
