Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and case management reimbursement system.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) as an MDS Nurse preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to RAI and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MDS process ensuring accurate and timely assessments.
• Work closely with clinical and financial teams to optimize reimbursement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
