Job summary

Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center seeks a dedicated MDS Coordinator (RN) to join our team. This full-time role, Monday to Friday, offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $35 to $60.

You will ensure timely completion of MDS assessments in compliance with regulations, supported by a collaborative team that values quality care. Your expertise will contribute to a person-centered environment where compassion and quality service are paramount.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting.
• Current, active RN license required.
• Prior MDS/RAI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments.
• Verify compliance with regulations related to MDS documentation.
• Supervise MDS data entry and validation processes.
• Prepare and present MDS-related reports to leadership.
• Participate in facility surveys and audits.
• Stay current on changes to MDS regulations.
