Qualifications

• Active RN license for Tennessee.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience including supervisory duties.
• MDS training within 6 months of hire.
• RAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly education meetings to stay updated on MDS changes.
• Coordinate the facility's RAI process per state and federal guidelines.
• Complete MDS assessments and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate care plans, audit medical records, and collaborate with the team.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by leadership while maintaining confidentiality.
